Health tips to lead a whole life
These health tips involve all three key areas: physical, mental and last but not least, spiritual. Follow them and help your health!
Physical:
Take time to breathe fresh air as often as possible. After all fresh air is the breath of our lives.
Enjoy early morning and late afternoon sunshine.
Foods are best fresh, and best of all when not processed.
Eat from many natural sources of food.
Drink purified or filtered water.
Where possible, minimise time working or playing on computers or talking on cellphones.
Research and find natural ways to deal with pressure and stress.
Wear clothes made from natural fabrics, especially your sleepwear.
Relax and work in balance. Avoid existing on an adrenalin rush.
Exercise three times per week for a half hour: Find one you enjoy; Walking is a wonderful exercise to keep trim and get circulation moving.
Put a few tablespoons of Epsom salts in your bathwater.
Use glycerine based soaps.
Brush with natural, safe toothpastes.
Avoid silver amalgam dental fillings. Ask your dentist about alternatives.
Always find a second opinion for any ailment, preferably from a natural alternative such as a naturopath, or homeopath.
Research and try alternative and non invasive treatment methods.
Mental health tips:
Write down your goals; small and big. From believable and reachable right through to the fantastic.
Practise visualization, meditation and prayer.
Read good and inspiring books; non-fictional as well as fictional.
Incorporate three dimensional activities in your daily life. Physical exercise awakens the mind as well as the body.
Develop an attitude of gratefulness: Be thankful.
Encourage others.
Find the good in others.
Find your strong points and build on them.
Accept compliments.
Focus on what is important, not just urgent.
Avoid drugs, chemical additives and other substances that have mind or mood altering capabilities.
Use natural herbs and spices: Let fresh foods be your first choice of medication.
Schedule relaxation time where you can have some fun.
Schedule time for work, where you can get things done. Learn to do the things you don't like quickly and get them out of your way
Find the possibilities that every situation offers.

Spiritual health tips:
Sit outside, clear your mind of intrusive thought patterns and observe nature: A flower, the grass, a tree in the breeze, a bird flying overhead.
Read the Psalms and meditate on them.
Pray about your life and your future. Write down any answers that come through.
Meditate about your life and any small thing that you could do to positively make a change.
Visualise the changes you want to see happening in your life.
Remember that good and positive prayers, meditations and visualisations will begin the desired process of change.
Decide to learn from each experience.
Take time to be still and think on the good things.
When you think back, focus more on the positive things that have happened to you.
