Try this crafts for children necklace using noodles
You will need: - About twenty (20) macaroni noodles for each person; - Gold and silver paint, (either spray paint or acrylic); - Necklace thread, (either string or bead thread); - Sticky tape; - Newspaper for protecting surface against paint spill. Method: Select macaroni noodles with a big enough centre holes to easily thread onto the string. When using string, cover the end with sticky tape so the string does not fray while threading. Place half the macaroni evenly on a newspaper. Spray or paint them alternating silver or gold. Carefully read instructions before using spray paint. Wait for the painted macaroni to dry. 
Cut a piece of thread about 70cm long.
Thread the macaroni noodles in a pattern of your choice. Tip: Fasten a matchstick to the end of the string to make threading easier for those little hands.
Knot the ends together and admire your handiwork of this beautiful noodle necklace craft for children.
Variation
Make a solution of water and food colourant. Place in a zip lock bag with macaroni noodles and shake. Remove macaroni noodles from bag and dry on a tray in the sun or in a warming draw until dry.
Make green,red, purple and blue macaroni noodles for a bigger choice in colour patterns for the necklace.
